BARBADOS CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL SOCCER TOURNAMENT
Welcome to the 2015 Barbados Caribbean International Youth Tournament and 
Showcase. The DATES OF THE TOURNAMENT will be from August 04 – 09,  2015 
and it is for BOYS AND GIRLS.
The tournament is generating lots of interests from clubs and teams from 
across North America, Canada, South and Central America, England and Europe.
The teams will be divided into groups of four. Each team will play all the 
others in its group during the qualifying rounds. The winner of the zones 
will qualify for the medal rounds.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three games. Each team must register a 
maximum of eighteen (18) players. Rolling substitutes will be allowed. With 
the exception of the above rules, the tournament will be played in accordance 
with FIFA rules. All players must be registered with the team applying for 
participation. A player must be registered with one team and in one age 
category during the tournament.

TWO THIRTY (30) MINUTES HALVES, 10 MINUTE HALFTIME
UNDER 15 (BORN ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 1999)
TWO THIRTY FIVE (35) MINUTES HALVES, 10 MINUTE HALFTIME
UNDER 17 (BORN ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 1998)
TWO FORTY FIVE (45) MINUTES HALVES, 10 MINUTE HALFTIME
UNDER 20 (BORN ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 1995)
TWO FORTY FIVE (45) MINUTES HALVES, 10 MINUTE HALFTIME
ENTRY FEES FOR THE TOURNAMENT
An entry fee of US$600 and 2 official photographs of the team must accompany 
each application. All teams not selected will receive an immediate refund. 
Teams, which have been selected for the tournament and subsequently 
withdrawn, forfeit the fee. Additional on arrival in Barbados, each team must 
show evidence of medical insurance.
TRANSPORTATION DURING THE TOURNAMENT
The Barbados Caribbean International Youth Tournament and Showcase organizers 
will provide transportation at a cost to the teams, to pick them up at the 
only airport (Grantley Adams International Airport) in the Island, and take 
them to their respective hotels as well to the Opening Ceremony and to the 
airport at the end of the tournament. During the tournament teams are 
responsible for their own transportation. However, we have made arrangements 
for private buses to pick teams daily from their hotels and transport them to 
games or other events; Prices are US$150 per team per day.
TEAM CHECK-IN PAPER WORK
•    2 copies of players' registration forms
•    Notarized Medical Release form for each player
•    The Participant Waiver forms (for all coaches and players)
•    Letter from your National Association
AWARDS PRESENTATION
Teams trophies and individuals awards will be presented to winners, 2nd place 
teams, 3rd place teams and individual winners.
REFEREES
Only certified officials FIFA, (e.g.) Concacaf, National 
Associations/Federation GAMES Three games are guaranteed unless circumstances 
beyond our control occur (Example: a team does not show up we award a 
forfeit), or due to acts of God.

Small Group Dormitories
Accommodation price per person per day is US$50. Also located on a hotel 
compound. But the rooms sleep 4-6 people per room. A variety of hotels are 
available from US$50 - US$100 per person per day. The above rates do not 
include meals.
NOTE WELL: ALL PARTICIPATING TEAMS MUST SECURED THE RECOMMENDED ACCOMMODATION 
BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Teams participating in the Barbados Caribbean International Youth Tournament 
and showcase, you should fill out and return the application form as soon as 
possible. Deadline is JULY 14, 2014. After receipt of your application form 
and entry fee, we will send you conformation, all details concerning 
accommodation and payment procedures. All teams will receive notification by 
as early as possible.
